You can now dial up the effectiveness of other supplements by adding a small dose of GENR8 VS2 Vitargo for example to hydrolysed Whey to increase the potency of muscle repair and building or with creatine to increase muscle strength.
Pre-exercise add 1 scoop (20g) to a shaker with 100 ml - 200 ml of water or in a juice or smoothie as preferred to top up glycogen depleted in vital organs and be ready to go in 20 minutes (less if caffeine is added). Post-exercise add 2 or 3 scoops (40-60g) to a shaker with 330 ml -500 ml of water for muscle maintenance and energy replenishment.
