For example, vitamin B2 contributes to the right metabolism important for energy production, protection of cells from oxidative stress or reduction of fatigue and exhaustion. Vitamin B6, in turn, has an effect on the proper functioning of the psyche, immunity or regulation of hormonal activity. Vitamin B5 contributes to healthy mental function, or vitamin B12 contributes to proper metabolism of homocysteine, red blood cell production, and the proper functioning of immunity.
